Description
A lovely French farmhouse refectory table dating to circa 1800. Well constructed in solid walnut in a rustic fashion. With a rare 2 plank top and cleated ends. With 2 drawers in the freeze to one side. All standing on turned legs which are united by under-stretchers. Packed full of character and charm, showing signs of ware and tear, some old repairs and historic wood-worm (no longer active). Cleaned and waxed in our workshops and now offered for sale with a lovely warm colour and patina. Would seat upto 10 people. Last in the marketplace in 2016 when it sold for £3300 - see invoice attached.
