A good George III Oak Chest Of Drawers of an excellent colour. The chest is made from well figured quarter swan oak highlighting the oak''s medullary rays, the drawer fronts cock beaded and banded in cross grain Mahogany. The original drawer linings are of dovetailed construction and made in Poplar.

 

Of a small, compact size and in good original condition. Handles are period replacements; feet are original apart from the back left one.
