An elegant mid-to-late 19th century Victorian mahogany sheet music cabinet of fine quality and rich colour featuring a single glazed door opening to reveal a series of five fixed interior shelves each with its original gilt-tooled leather front labelled “SONGS”, “PIANO MUSIC”, and similar divisions.
The cabinet displays the refined craftsmanship typical of the period with a moulded top edged by a brass gallery rail, a bevelled glazed panel door, and a shaped plinth base. The warm mahogany patina and subtle grain pattern highlight the cabinet’s age and character.
