Antique Victorian Oak Jacobean Revival Occasional Table c.1890
A late Victorian golden oak occasional table in the Jacobean Revival style, the rectangular top sitting above a carved frieze of repeating arches punctuated by rosette roundels, finished and decorated on all sides.
The table stands on boldly ring-turned legs united by matching turned stretchers, with shaped corner brackets adding definition beneath the frieze.
Presented in very good antique condition. The oak shows an attractive, rich, even tone with only some light surface wear consistent with age. Structurally sound, clean and ready to place.
English, circa 1890.
