This fine Regency period coaching trunk is a wonderful example of early 19th-century travel luxury and craftsmanship. Constructed with a robust camphor wood carcass, it is beautifully bound in rich green leather, reinforced with gilt-brass mounts, and studded decoration. The top is framed with a striking brass-studded border and central panel, adding both strength and elegance to its design.

When you lift the lid, you will sense the subtle perfume of the camphor. It is lined with the original pink paper.
