A superbly carved Victorian Oak wind out extending Gothic oak dining Table circa 1860
This is a very sturdy and Heavy table both the top and the legs are solid Oak. The table extends by means of a winding mechanism that opens the table in the centre and the leaf can be inserted, the table will seat 6-8 when extended, the top has a tiger grain effect on one side, making it look very stunning.
The table top is thick solid oak, it has a carved border same design as legs , the legs which are 5” across are carved with leaves and at the top of each leg there are carvings of a flower on the shoulders and it has ceramic casters on the feet.

Condition report:

The table is sound and looks fine there are some feint stains visible on the table top but not very noticeable and it comes with its original winding handle and leaf.
