Description
A fine Regency rosewood drum table. Raised on boxwood inlaid splay legs, with brass castors, supporting a " gun barrel" column and above 4 frieze drawers alternating with 4 dummy drawers all with "lions mask" ring handles. The top has a banded edge and an inset faded green leather writing surface with gilt and blind tooling. The table is of good quality rosewood and elegant design and is in very good condition with a lovely mellow colour. 740mm high and 1100mm diamter. English. Circa 1820.
