We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Cancellations
You may cancel any order before it has been dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund, including any delivery costs. To cancel, contact us at info@antiqueinteriors.online or message the dealer directly through our platform.
Once an item has been dispatched, delivery costs are not refundable and the return policy below applies.
Returning an Item
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. As each item on Antique Interiors is a unique antique or vintage piece sold by an independent dealer, we ask that you carefully review the product description, photographs, and dimensions before purchasing. We encourage you to contact the dealer with any questions before placing your order.
Item not as described (free return)
If your item does not accurately match the listing, for example due to an incorrect description, damage that was not disclosed, wrong measurements, or photographs that do not represent the piece fairly, you are entitled to a free return. The dealer covers the cost of return shipping, and we will arrange collection on your behalf. You will receive a full refund including the original delivery charge once the item has been received back by the dealer.
Changed your mind
If you simply change your mind, you are welcome to return the item within 14 days. In this case, return shipping is at your own cost. Because antique furniture often requires specialist handling, we or the dealer will advise on the most suitable return method for your item.
Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives with transit damage, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 72 hours of delivery, so we can resolve things promptly. Please include clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a return and full refund.
Your statutory rights apply for up to 30 days from delivery.
How to Request a Return

- Describe the issue and include clear photographs showing any damage or discrepancy from the listing.
- We will coordinate with the dealer to arrange collection or return shipping of the item.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- If an item is returned with new damage that was not present at delivery, the refund may be adjusted.
- Items that have been altered or modified after delivery cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned item being received by the dealer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 5-10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Delivery
If your item has not arrived within 30 days of purchase (or the timeframe specified in the listing), please contact us. We will investigate with the dealer and arrange a full refund if the item cannot be located.
Dealer Return Policies
Individual dealers may offer more generous return terms than our standard policy. Any additional return terms will be stated on the product page. The policy above applies as a minimum to all purchases made through Antique Interiors.
