Description
An exhibition quality Victorian Period rosewood inlaid pedestal desk probably made by Collinson & Lock of London but bearing a Howard & Sons Label who most likely were the retailers. Having a rectangular top of inverted breakfront form, with an inset tan leather top with gilt and blind tooled detail. Having a arrangement of nine rectangular drawers with Bramagh locks and the finest inlaid and pen work detail. Having panelled ends and back and raised on a rectangular rosewood plinth. English circa 1880-1890. Stunning condition
