A superb pair of antique Edwardian French marble-top gueridon side / lamp tables of exceptional quality and elegance. Each table features a beautifully figured circular marble top with striking natural veining in warm earthy tones, adding wonderful depth and character.
Supported on three gracefully shaped mahogany columns, the tables are united by a finely turned central finial. The bases are beautifully formed in a scrolling triangular shape and stand on bold bronze paw feet, giving the pair a strong classical presence.
Rich in detail and superbly balanced, these versatile tables work perfectly as sofa ends, lamp tables, or statement pieces in an entrance hall or reception room.
Condition:
In very good antique condition.. The marble tops are beautifully preserved with natural surface variations typical of the stone. Strong, stable, and ready for immediate use.
