Antique Georgian George III Mahogany Bow-front Chest On Chest

A Georgian George III mahogany bow-front chest on chest, fitted with eight drawers arranged with a two-over-three drawer configuration to the upper section, set above three long drawers to the lower section. This traditional chest-on-chest form provides substantial storage, offering greater capacity than a standard single chest.

The chest stands on splayed feet and retains brass handles to all drawers. The upper section is finished with a Gothic arched cornice, decorated with repeating lancet arches, adding an architectural detail that is less commonly seen on chests of this type.
