This unusual English leather top writing table stands on elegant turned legs with the original brass cup castors and retains a beautiful rich mahogany colour and patina throughout.
The desk features a hand tooled leather inset top with gilt and blind decoration together with an unusual pull out leather writing slide providing additional workspace. One side is fitted with three drawers while the opposing side contains stationery drawers and compartments making this a practical and highly decorative antique Georgian library desk.
