c. 1920

A superb Art Deco period bronze and alabaster chandelier in the Empire style. The circular bronzed body has an urn to the centre with bronze gilt gadroon moulding, and five gilt bronze arms with shell design, terminating to turned alabaster shades. The light is finshed with a gilt bronze finial underneath, and it retains its original golden coloured rope and tassel, and bronzed ceiling rose. When the chandelier is illuminated the beauty of the alabaster is showcased.

The chandelier has been rewired, tested and is in working order

The chandelier was once owned by Rolling Stones drummer, Charlie Watts.
