Description

This is a stunning, very fine quality Kashan prayer rug with a most striking design. The rug has a rich warm red mihrab field and a beautiful urn with flowers flanked by columns. There are intricate foliate designs throughout and a deep indigo border. This is in super condition with a good even pile and no wear, just slight loss to the fringes at one end.

 
 

The carpet measures 210 cms by 140 cms.
