Description

This is a delightful large Japanese Meiji period charger dating from around 1890. The charger is beautifully hand enamelled and gilded in the attractive Imari pallet with lovely raised detail to the design of Chrysanthemum, trailing leaves and butterflies.

This is in perfect condition with no damage or restoration and is a good size measuring 42 cms in diameter by 8 cms in height.
