This exquisite Regency mahogany drum table is a fine example of early 19th-century craftsmanship, beautifully blending elegance with functionality. Measuring 109 cm in diameter (43 inches) and 76.5 cm in height (30 inches), it stands on a robust four-splayed base with brass claw castors, reflecting classical Regency style.

The tabletop is richly decorated with striking Zebrawood crossbanding, further enhanced by a refined brass line inlay that encircles the edge. At its center is a luxurious charcoal hand-dyed leather surface, bordered with a finely tooled hide, creating a sophisticated contrast to the warm mahogany.

The frieze is fitted with four functional drawers, interspersed with dummy drawers on each side, all adorned with decorative brass knob pulls. This configuration maintains symmetry and aesthetic appeal from every angle, a hallmark of the Regency design ethos.
