Description
A lovely set of 8 19th century provincial country chairs in the Chippendale style. Comprising of a pair of armchairs and 6 matching side chairs. Well constructed in solid English oak which has a good colour and patina. Recently re-upholstered in a silk fabric which is in excellent order. With charming back splats and standing on square chamfered legs which are united by under-stretchers. The pair of armchairs have very nice scrolling crook arms. Offered for sale in very good condition ready to go straight into the home.
