It has 2 pull out leaf's which pull out in one easy motion. Standing on chunky barley twist legs with an "X" stretcher. The table would seat 8 people comfortably 10 if you don't mind being close, when fully extended with both leaf's out. You can use the table with one leaf or 2 depending on the number of guest you are entertaining, some age related marks to the top and on the stretcher from the many shoes, this table will add charm and character to any room
