Description

This French Marquetry Occasional Table is a very versatile and useful piece of decorative furniture. The slender legs with Ormolu mounts at the top and bottom of each one enjoy a level of sophistication. The shaped lower tier is edged in brass moulding to help emphasize the flowing shape.

The top itself with a decorative brass edging, has a floral and ribbon marquetry design to it, set off with a broad contrasting banding around the outside of the centre panel.

Presented in excellent condition, this table is sure to make an impact wherever placed in a room.
