George II Walnut Bureau
Description
A beautiful George II walnut bureau displaying fantastic colour and patination. Crossbanded and cockbeaded drawers with a very fine herringbone detail throughout. Opening the fall reveals a well-fitted interior with an arrangement of pigeon holes, drawers and secret pull-out columns, above a sliding well. Four long drawers, fitted with original brass handles and escutcheons. Raised on shaped bracket feet.
Fabulous original colour and patina and in excellent condition with only the back feet replaced.
