Pair of French Louis XVI Style Green Marble Table Lamps
An impressive pair of French late 19th century Louis XVI style antique table lamps with bulbous shaped body made from green and white veined 'vert de mer' marble, adorned with superb quality chased and burnished gilt bronze mounts.
The lamps are flanked with beautiful swans head handles each holding floral swags with ribbon detail to the top. The bases have leaf and berry design to the mouldings, with inset marble panels and they stand on bun feet.
The top of the lamps have a decorative pierced neck with leaf design, finished with single switch bulb holder. The lamps have been rewired and are in working order. The 40 cm wide ivory coloured pleated silk lampshades are included.
