The square, planked top, like the rest of the table, displays its age and wear with pride, and look all the better for it. The table is finished all round so can be placed centrally in a room if required.
There are signs of historical wood worm, to be expected in pieces such as this, but it has been treated as a matter of caution even though they have long gone.
A truly charming little table that would work so well in both a traditional or more contemporary décor.
