Description
A lovely set of 8 early Victorian dining chairs, circa 1845. Of fine construction in solid rosewood. With stylised ballon backs embellished with subtly carved detailings. Standing on turned legs decorated with foliate carved detailings. The drop in seats have been recently reupholstered in a hard wearing off-white fabric which is in excellent condition. Overall in very good condition, free from wobbles, strong and sturdy. With a very good colour and patina, ready to go straight inot the home.
