A fine quality Victorian burr walnut oval centre table of generous proportions, boasting exceptional craftsmanship and decorative appeal. The beautifully figured burr walnut top features intricate marquetry inlay with scrolling motifs and ebony stringing, framed by a shaped edge. Supported on a bold carved and pierced base with decorative finials and scrolled legs, united by a serpentine cross stretcher, the table stands on castors for ease of movement. Its rich colour, elegant form, and superior detailing make it a striking focal point for any period interior.
