Description
A wonderful mid 18th century kneehole desk in walnut in lovely condition throughout.
One long drawer over twin banks of three. One extra concealed drawer within the frieze above the kneehole and with a brushing slide above. Central door with original working lock as does the main drawer.
Oak drawer linings and the whole inlaid with herringbone patterned veneers.
Evidence of previous use and repairs as only to be expected from a piece of this age, however, presented in superb condition and colour, ready to be enjoyed again within a new home.
