Description
A french provincial walnut chest of drawers in good original condition, Louis the xv in date. These country made chests were copy''s of the elegant commodes in the great palaces, but have a great charm of their own and were in chateau''s all around France This one has all its original brass handles and escutcheons .It is pine lined and constructed with large hand made nails. This chest would add a real presence to any room.
