Description
George III period 18th century mahogany serpentine chest of drawers.
Diminutive scale chest of drawers with wonderfully figured sides and a less figured mahogany top above four long graduated drawers.
The oak lined drawers are fitted with gilt brass rococo back plates and handles.
The sides sweep out to a cluster of columns above elegant bracket feet that integrate with the front apron and an elegant side apron.
The chest is rather pleasing in scale and slightly unusual in design.
