See shipping detailsA very attractive George III flame mahogany roll top desk. Raised on square tapered legs with original shaped brass castors and at the top, re-entrant corners. The frieze consists of two drawers to the front and to either side one drawer and one dummy, all with original swan neck handles and working locks. The tambour top rolls opens to reveal an interior of pigeon holes and drawers with a slide out desk and rising leather writing surface. In excellent and original condition and with an excellent colour and waxed patina. 1000mm high, 890mm wide and 640mm deep. English. Circa 1790.
